  • Lesson 9: Operational Procedures – best practices and documentation; change management; workstation backup and recovery methods; common safety procedures; environmental impacts and controls; prohibited content/activity and privacy, licensing, and policy concepts; communication techniques and professionalism; scripting basics; remote access technologies

Suitable for

  • Entry-level IT professional with knowledge equivalent to what is learned in 6 to 12 months of hands-on experience in a lab or in the field

  • 6 months to 1-year professional experience working with desktop PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Experience navigating through Windows and accessing the Internet
