Lesson 4: Understand Microsoft 365 Pricing and Support

  • Identify Microsoft 365 pricing and billing management options: Microsoft 365 subscriptions; pricing model including enterprise agreements, cloud solution providers, and direct billing; selling Microsoft 365
  • Identify licensing options available in Microsoft 365: cost-benefit analysis for cloud vs. on-premises networks; license management; base licensing vs. add-on licensing; implementing best practices
  • Identify support options for Microsoft 365 services: creating a support request; support options for Microsoft 365 services; service level agreements (SLAs) including service credits; determining service health status via the Microsoft 365 admin center or Microsoft Entra admin center

Pre-requisite
